Hi, thanks for your interest. Cartridges are rated for 8000L or 1 year. 99.9% of the time, 1 year will come before 8000L mark, so it makes it simple, cartridges must be replaced once per year.

Now, Aquaphor says that cartridges are good for 1.5 years. And it is true for countries with cold tap water like Russia and Europe. In Malaysia, where "cold" water from the tap is mostly above 25 degrees, bacteria will start growing inside sooner, so realistically it is 1 year after that you gotta change.

We can't get anything from Russia nowadays unfortunately, so no cartridges. Hope in July, once COVID restrictions are over. At this point we only have 2 systems left.

We are working to get some cartridges in. Russia is finally opening up, but prices for the freight are insanely high, which will make cartridges expensive too. Working to find another solution.
