Yes it is. Aquaphor is able to remove bacteria with the help of UF membrane.

Hey sifu, just wondering what is the difference quality of water between aquaphore vs coway / LG filter ? Is that both also able to produce mineral water ? Which one is better ?

Hi, standalone filter is usually better in terms of filtration, more carbon, higher iodine number. Coway/LG are great if you need dispenser. Yes, it is still mineral water, same as running from the tap. Do not think much about mineral though, whoever is trying to sell the concept of "mineral water" is not 100% transparent. It is the same mineral content as tap water, which is really negligible

is this direct drinkable water?

yes, drink direct without boiling.

You may now see Eco Pro appearing on the market. They are more expensive than Crystal Eco, however, there is very little difference (if any). They just re-arranged the cartridges. Main difference is in the price of the cartridge with the membrane. While we knew that Crystal has Mitsubishi membrane, I couldn't get the answer from Aquaphor what membrane they use in PRO.

In any case, I see no much value in PRO and we considered to bring these in before but could not justify it. If there is any demand, we will be supplying these, but for now I think that Crystal ECO is still the king of Aquaphor line up for non RO systems

This Eco Pro cartridge interchangeable with Old header? Interested to test it with more logic filtration size that come with 3micron, 2micron and then 0.1micron, compare to old filter that come with 5micron, 0.1micron and 0.8micron.

They are interchangeable as far as I know. Hold on like a few days please, we should receive the Pro cartridges soon, but do not expect any difference, it is more marketing. Will be the best price for these Pro as usual ))
