Hi hestati. Bought unit from you and only recently install. For the aquaphor spitter switch. Do we need to full switch on or partially switch on? When I see the installation video. That guy did a partial on and full on in the clips.

1 more question..my unit does not come with item 2 with diverter?

Hi, it is up to you really, depends on your pressure. You want flow out of the faucet to be smooth, so if it is rough, you can partially close it to make it smooth, otherwise can keep it fully open.

As for #2, it is optional for countertop installation, it does not come with the package unless we need to install countertop.

We do not offer Solo, sorry. I believe it is too expensive for what it is and what it offers. It is more than 1/2 price of Eco, but is 1 stage and competes with 3M Easy Complete which is cheaper.

You are welcome! Yes, actually you can purchase on Shopee or Lazada and they offer 12 months installment plan if you have Public or Maybank credit card.

Yes, that is the one. However, if you also need installation, I would rather recommend to purchase from Shopee. For LYN members, price of system only with installation in central Klang Valley is 1200. With extra cartridges it is 1450. Advantage is that on Shopee you can choose direct delivery, while on Lazada we must ship the item by Poslaju.

Lolz. I remembered in my case Poslaju actually refuse to deliver the empty box and ask me to come pick it up from the sorting center. So yeah. Better go with shopee if doing together with installation.

Lazada offer installment payment plan but Shopee doesn't, i'm still thinking...

Hi, please see the answer from FAQ section on our website, it best describes the difference between the 2 systems. Just warning, most condos in your area have VERY bad water with tons of iron, so Disruptor cartridges will only last for 1 year. Hope it helps!

What is better, Disruptor or Aquaphor
We strongly believe that Disruptor is a more balanced system that is able to remove more contaminants and has cheaper cartridges. However, Aquaphor has 1 advantage – simple maintenance. It takes about 1 minute per year to maintain Aquaphor and 15-30 minutes per year for Disruptor. If you are choosing between these 2 systems, we recommend to select Disruptor if you are OK with the maintenance (check this Youtube video). If you find that maintenance will be an issue – choose Aquaphor.

Actually there are others selling Aquaphor, so even if we are out, you can still purchase, just that their price is higher. As for Disruptor, it uses industry standard size 10 by 2.5 cartridges, so similar cartridges can be sourced, again, probably more expensive, but can be done.

I understand your concern, but it is valuable concern for any system out there, including large ones. Diamond went out of business, Culligan pulled out of Malaysia. So the best, in my opinion, is to have standard 10 by 2.5, these are not going anywhere
