I won't be comfortable buying a  card from zotac. I remember the expose Gamers Nexus did in their 1080 card way back and how crap it was thermally. I recently watched buildzoids analysi of a zotac 3080 and he mentioned that they cut many corners to get a lower price compared to their competition

The ventus got some weight to it but it doesn't maintain stock oc. Once hit power limit the clock will drop. Never stable at 19000mhz while gaming but benchmark ok.

Besides it quite hot, reached 78c in gaming. U can see my previous post, my setup got 2 fan below also doesn't help with cooling. Crank up the fan at 80%, helped reduce temp to 73c but got anoying coil whine.

I don't want to oc/undervolt, like to keep at stock.

Guys, is that ects trustable? Can see they only sell gigabyte/aorus products.. Apparently need to go to their Web page and pre-order rtx 3090 since shopee one will elapse if the orders not shipped in 30 days or so.. They did mention that if pre order will take 30 to 60 days.. Anyways any recommendation where I can pre order rtx 3090? Duwan zotac of course. Asus/msi/aorus will be preferable.

Funny thing is that any 3080 Colorful available here (Ultra, Advanced, Vulcan) is better than the Trinity, and not even marginally so.

where did you see it? im quite keen on the igame haha because if their measurements is correct, it should fit perfectly with 2-3mm to spare in my case haha

Already put in cart for the colorful after got tac suddenly decide not pull the trigger. The seller dont even have the card. Need to wait one week or so.
Also at brightstar website the colorful ultra is only 3299..

got a new personal deep learning project idea I wanna do because I quitted my job (need to migrate to aussie next year else my PR will expire but this covid giving alot of headaches)... but was thinking of starting after getting the 3080, but with coolermaster's 850W sfx delayed and 3080 no where to be seen, I now feel like just forget about the build frustratingly and turn to amazon aws.

I used to own silverstone TJ07 and lianli pc-v2000. Was fun to have cases that big ... everyone goes wow and my mom goes wtf when they see my pc.... but when it comes to portability especially when I now have to travel between a few countries for work it’s not fun anymore.... (gaming laptops are crap)

there’s one time i had to carry a custom watercooled GTX285 SLI in the TJ07 with 480+360 rad making it almost 30kg even with the liquid drained.... it’s not fun (thats why i changed to the lianli with wheels... but still not fun as well) now im an SFF convert

yea but if every few months need to fly to another country and stay about 2 weeks.. youd start to appreciate a tiny but powerful pc and a 17” portable usbC powered monitor that you can fit all in a reusable bag which you carry onboard the flight. It’s a much better gaming experience than a gaming laptop. And at home this tiny rig will take very little space on your desk too...

Got reply from Colorful Malaysia, the MSRP is rm4159. Maybe price increased due to high demand? Not sure should i pull the trigger.

Funny seller, he listed the item in Shopee, earlier morning i saw there were 2 units, after i placed the order still 1 unit left, after 10mins seller send me message asked me to cancel reason is he don't have enough stock, he sold the item outside Shopee.

u could try ask shops but i think all of them will ask u to bundle with pc
