Can the 1080Ti turbo up to whatever that the cooler is capable off? Or can me manually OC up to the power/thermal limit?

No price drop until now ? I don't see graphic card price drop being mention in July.
What is AMP edition and backplate ? does it really reduce the temp ? isn't it because of fan ? Around which brand fan noise is quite on idle ? and low temp ? |
