dude, if yuo wanna lose weight, you shouldn't be eating fried bee hoon. its fried so its high in fats.

you would want to eat a caloric deficit to lose weight. you should do that by eating minimum fats, moderate low-gi-carbs and moderate-high protein.
at 58 kgs, you won't have a muscular look, you'll just look lean/ skinny.

so far the only protein i see you eat is eggs in the morning.

and 30 kgs in 6 months.. would be 5kgs a month.. that might be too fast...
the first month maybe 4 kgs, then second month onwards should be about 3 kgs a month.
don't wanna lose to much too fast...

I used to be 58 kg before...wayyyyy before biggrin.gif just wanna feel that nice feeling all over again..

but i'm satisfied if i can reduce to 63-65 kg.

bro, not 30 kg in 6 month..thats way too fast and totally unhealthy. i'll gain the fat back as fast as I loose it for sure.
my target is to loose 15 kg in less than 6 month.
Or at least 10 kg before July since I have a doctor appointment that month.

So, no fried bee hoon anymore. I had healthy breakfast today.. I'll post at the end of the day.

Skip? why skip the 5:30pm meal? he'd wanna eat somethin to keep the metabolism going. but then again, whatever you're having at 5:30 better not be cream puff lol laugh.gif . bread and biskut should be OK. but get the whole grain variety tho.
what he needs is a caloric deficit. not starve himself the whole day. rclxub.gif
