its good i think if u can take ur dinner early ..
try to skip the 5:30 until ur dinner, and if canot tahan, try to have some bread or biscuit between 3pm-3:30pm

its very healthy and can than very long, bcos its took more time to digest, so we feel full

hehe, sorry noob here, mayb its different at sabah here, we have dinner around 5-7pm
can tell me how to calculate body fat?
