dude, if yuo wanna lose weight, you shouldn't be eating fried bee hoon. its fried so its high in fats.
you would want to eat a caloric deficit to lose weight. you should do that by eating minimum fats, moderate low-gi-carbs and moderate-high protein. at 58 kgs, you won't have a muscular look, you'll just look lean/ skinny.
so far the only protein i see you eat is eggs in the morning.
and 30 kgs in 6 months.. would be 5kgs a month.. that might be too fast... the first month maybe 4 kgs, then second month onwards should be about 3 kgs a month. don't wanna lose to much too fast...

Added on May 9, 2007, 4:34 pmoh.. i recommend to have muesli with milk for breakfast, its very healthy and can than very long, bcos its took more time to digest, so we feel full Skip? why skip the 5:30pm meal? he'd wanna eat somethin to keep the metabolism going. but then again, whatever you're having at 5:30 better not be cream puff lol . bread and biskut should be OK. but get the whole grain variety tho. what he needs is a caloric deficit. not starve himself the whole day.
