Hey, i occationally have the same problem too. It hangs and then the screen fades slowly to black. It seems to happen when i am listening to music and running some other application at the same time. Although after presing the power button, everything reverts back to normal. Does this happen? is it normal? What can i do to prevent it?

You must subscribe to use PTT.
If you subscribe for a day = RM1
If you subscribe for a month = RM15

To subscribe 1 day - *110*1#
To subscribe 1 month - *110*30#

NOTE - You can only call your friends who also got subscribe to PTT & has the function + setting in their phone.

Why not? There is. I had the same problem with my Nokia N80 before. Even if you off & on the phone (w/o removing battery), the date & time will reset...

Maybe i name it differently but there is something like that.

I am very sure it's not firmware issue. They will change something in your phone. That's for sure.

Lucky your phone is still under warranty from Avaxx.
