AFAIK, the phone must be in general mode when updating firmware in NSU right? So, the simcard must be there in the phone...

Hi, I just upgraded my simcard to 3Gsim yesterday. But the problem is I can video call. There's also a 3G indicator below the signal bar. But I can't access internet. I have tried 3G wap & 3G internet. It says, "packet data:connection not allowed"
