S'cuse me, but i've got a question, the n95 is capable of 3.5G right? In that case, do i need to change my 3G sim card to use the 3.5G func? Second Q, Is it advisable to wait till sometime during september to get this phone for a better price?

Hey guys, i've got some questions and i hope someone here can help me on this.
To update to the v12 software, what must i do? What important things i should do? Is there anything wrong with this software? Any precautions b4 updating it? How long does it take to update? Maybe i'm just a little paranoid, but i wanna make sure i don't lose something in the process of updating it...thanks to whoever who can help me! |

Thanks for replying! How long is the update by the way? The v12 system is fine? nothing wrong with it? Wasn't there some prob regarding the internet turining into chinese? or loss of info? sry for all these noobish questions...

hey guys, i have a little problem. What exactly is the cost for the typical post-paid 3G packet data connection for maxis? like, if i downloaded about 5mb, how much does that cost? Been playing around with the web browser on the n95, then when i checked my log, i used about 5.4mb...some friend of mine says that cost 50 bucks! some even gave more farfetched numbers...

Can the wireless router be linked using the USB port? And is it possible to log on to the internet using the phone without switching on the comp? I know i've been bombarding a lot of questions but i really do appreciate the help i receive from you guys. Thanks!!

Hey guys...i've got a little problem here, my asia maps don't seem to be coorperating with me... The thing is, when i opended it the first time, the sole map that appeared was the one in Penang. How do i get the Selangor map??

Man, they came out with a redesigned N95?? Top of that, they also gave it a stronger battery?!! And it won't work here?!! dang...What are the possibilities we can stick that new battery into our current existing N95s?

ok, i am starting to worry now... i tried it twice when i open the web func, while it is loading, i slide the phone upwards to view it in landscape mode. At that time, it hangs! It is like slide! then black out! This dosen't happen if i slide it to normal position, then slide upwards. Or when the page is loaded. This is bugging me...comments?

thanks guys, apparently after asking for yr advice, my N95 decided to be nice to me again...lol? The only difference i can c between most of yr N95's and mine is the fact that yrs are the v12 software. Currently, i am kinda unwilling to take risks and change the code. I'd rather just wait for the 'legal' update.
