Im looking for H2o and Mizu residence or Eve suite. Im living alone, so 450sq ft - 600 sq. ft looks ok and within my budget 400+k. Question is, that area good anot? Anyone mind sharing?

Renting in Eve Suite currently. Peak hour traffic memang celaka both sides.

But the place is really convenient. KJ Line LRT is connected at 1st floor.
Residential car park occupancy also macam barely 50% occupied.

Currently i moved to Cantara Residence from D'aman Crimson. Better now as no more highway sound that loud (i really despise living nearby highway now)

With the upcoming LRT3 at the Shell station, even more reason to finally purchase a property here someday. haha

The best reason why i love living Ara Damansara due to the accessibility to go anywhere with tons of exit, and if it's jam, public transport is always there for my usage within walking distance.
