But thank god it's sold out, so i can only rent first and managed to experience 1st hand the high-class condo place terribly between 2 ppr.

Nope, got biggest low cost and squatters (Indons) living there opp LRT station. At night most roads dark as TNB never replace street lights. If buying landed then better area, condos a lot of foreigners since the LRT is nearby.

*Lived there back in 2006-2010 b4 selling house to move closer to wife’s family in Puchong.
