Im looking for H2o and Mizu residence or Eve suite. Im living alone, so 450sq ft - 600 sq. ft looks ok and within my budget 400+k. Question is, that area good anot? Anyone mind sharing?

I looked at iproperty, Eve Suite 680 sq. ft fully furnished Rm425k. Good?
