very very uncluckly,my stupid n73 having the same problem after changing the new board,battery n cover...when capture picture still jump to menu n camera mode...dunno now nokia can help me change a new set of n73...if i request change n73 music edition dunno they giv anot?

take low quality picture means? blur image?
one of the important factors is the exposure time, the exposure time of n73 cam is too long compared to k800i/normal phones
hence, in order to take good pic, your hands must not shake during exposure time

ya.. blur and the brightness.... etc etc need learn how take a nice pic

i bought it frm lelong...my set is avaxx set,november set..i went to nokia care in plaza berjaya 4th time liao...b4 nokia change board to me they say can change new set...bt the technician refuse to change new set to me...they juz help me change the board...i think is time to get a new set...board,battery,cover change to new adi...bt my camera stil no working properly..i juz waste my time at nokia...dunno if request my normal edition n73,change to n73me can or not...if next monday i go,i 5th time i go lo...

is the same,cos there will send to plaza berjaya HQ oso....nokia care i went is NOKIA HQ..is the main...no point wat send to other nokia...i went to 1u b4,they told me that they oso send the fon to plaza berjaya 13th floor HQ for service n repair...if itake my fon to 1u,it take time cos they nd to send to HQ,then send back...same...haiz....

Well, tough luck on that. Nokia doesn't have a policy to exchange 1-to-1 option. So it is not just the technician decision.

The best they can do is replacing the faulty parts. But for you as a consumer, you can opt to get a refund if the product is still unsatisfactory. I think you need to take this stand. Consumer tribunal is mostly favoring consumers on this matter if this ever got bring to court.

Going like 5th - 6th time is ridiculous. Time to talk to the manager. Ask them to check properly first before handing back the phone. You have to be firmed on this. That's my advice.

exposure time can be as long as 1s(for n73),
the exposure time for n73 is from 1/1000s to 1s
well, exposure time of k800i is probably from 1/2000s to 1s
i checked it through image details,

in most cases, the shorter the exposure time the better the quality of the image, it is because shorter exposure time will reduce the chances of capturing blur image
k800i captures image with shorter exposure time than n73, therefore the image quality is better than n73's

in different condition/situation will have different exposure time,
for instance, the exposure time will be longer at dark place due to lacks of light from the object you want to capture, the shutter will open for longer time to absorb the light from the object, if you shake your camera when the shutter is opening to absorb the light.. you will get a distorted picture

this is what i know from the experience
1 thing weird is the n73 cam, at first i thought i can adjust the exposure time by ourself since it uses mechanical shutter??
