Wait for subsale, if the end product is good. Most bumi units will sold to non bumi in setia alam, by looking at the current trend.

i think facade and design for anggun 1 not bad among the houses from pkns. too bad non bumi unit all gone. maybe wait for subsale early next year. if the price less than 950k i think still worth with 24x75 size. or any better suggestion?
