Hope the new dash highway will completed soon.. most of the traffic slow due to incoming vehicle from Guthrie highway..can't imagine how the traffic if Elmina finished but no DASH..

luckily so far even denai alam isn't at full capacity yet.

but there needs to be improvement connecting Guthrie to Federal/NKVE, currently now there is no direct connection, the road between Jelutong/TTDI/BT3 is choked everyday.

Jati and Baiduri very quiet. Drove past yesterday.

Only a dobi and mini market open at the shophouses.

looks very lonely. when will it be fully occupied?

i guess the Ministry of Health project (under construction) will help fill up the apartments once completed.

I hav a brand new unit at Setia indah 7, Garcinia (Brown color), intermediate NEW UNIT from developer (unoccupied before). First row with ample parking infront, grass boundary..
20*70, 2200built up, 4room, 3bath room..
to let go for non-agent price RM 810k.

Yea but at least Jati has more people staying there. I really wish it will get filled up faster so that TM will come and install the infra there. Really dying for unifi now sigh.

I think so. West of Setia City Mall. They have to build finish first before they take the prime bangsar land.
