the gdhse is part of the developer's plan.

since this is f&G n not g&g, it may be used as a real gdhse if and when enough residents form an assoc, sign doc and agree to pay to engage guards, etc.

if not, this sturcture may be deemed illegal eventually. in another precinct, there has been complaints by some hardass residents who dun wanna pay - complain to town council to have it torn down.

the truth is it is still there. the point is - the developer do something nice, as best as it can do within the plans. but a monority ahole residents can spoil everything. so, think about it!

Others row of rafflesia is cluster semi d.

This is malaysia. Whatever you mentioned above is happenning to everywhere. I stayed in putra heights... ss2.. also same.

If developer yg buat fng, they must have got approval from majlis already. They wont risk their reputation for buyers. Later susah.

If RA yg buat fng, again must go thru majlis. If not then only illegal. N majlis will destroy guardhouse n fence also.

Yalor... It's in the Setia Alam FB, exact location I yet to check out cuz I seldom use Jln Meru. Suspect is the empty land after the Jln Meru traffic light. The hospital is benefit Bukit Raja, Meru & Setia Alam residents. Although ppl say CA service, facilities, doctors no good and fees too high but in an emergency case.. 1-2 minutes makes a big difference. smile.gif

Does anyone know what is the current average rental price for Impian 6 or Impian 7(furnished or non furnished)?
Is RM1600 for a non furnished in Impian 6 fairly priced or expensive?

I think Impian 6 empty unit is around that range $1500-$1600, cant remember someone told me before

That is quite decent return for a linked house's rental rate. It's equivalent to any USJ DSTH.
