Still a lot of units left when I went there yesterday noon. Sales are not as strong compared with 2 years back.

I think he meant Serrata...

Caffra at 9am had already 129 registered interests...

With only 100 units, 18 was sold to staff, that left 82 unit to prospective buyers, with another 20 on waiting list... How can it not sold out within an hour...?

Was told total 30 staff buyers.

If Caffra only 18 buyers, means 12 goes to Serrata.

With Serrata only 44 units, it doesnt left much I assume since the registered numbers que are separated Caffra and Serrata.

AFAIK... Serrata out of 44, only 3 taken by staff... Whether or not there were leftover and taken by additional staff is beyond me...

Only few units open to staff initially.

open to public after that. Lots of units left.

after that open to staff. after open, sapu Kering by staffs. Staffs utilise last staff discount (last sp setia bonus) before resigned and apply new job @ EcoWorld. doh.gif

I am just sharing insider info. Don't shoot me. My gf didn't buy. Overprice she said, even after staff discount. My gf din't resign. Bcs she stay in Setia Alam.

No memo/offer that SPS staff will be move to EW.
Seems like insider info also got discrepancies.
