I heard about Seri Mutiara and it'll be debuting at 300k. Could be a rumor but if anyone wants to confirm SPS it'll be great.

Wow quite expensive RM 300k..

Btw. does anyone know exactly where the chinese cementary will be?

According to what i heard, it will be extended all the way until opposite seri jati. Will only be block by a small row of low cost flats which will be developed by PKNS.

I'm really hoping the above is not true..

no one knows till they r about to launch. should be early 2013. more likely 260-280k.

chinese cemetary, a "low cost" one has been there since 1991.

a newer one called fairy park started a couple yrs ago, "freehold land" still available - google and u wil find!

think another one for all faiths too. who knows... maybe wil b called 1m cemetary, subsidy by naj? tongue.gif

Currently its more closer to next phase landed on precint 17 checkout the master plan and compare. From google map high possibility the cemetery will expanding towards east side. If your unit is facing north and high floor then maybe it could be visible (For jati and intan). For baiduri and kasturi view wont see the cemetry. Thats why its selling like hot cake even though left over unit all sapued already.

Nolah. The current hike in kasturi is only about 13 pc increase. Mutiara should debut at 250-260k.

Low costs by pkns? Should be by spsetia since u can see it in spsetia master plan. They usually put other developments tag if the land doesnt belong to them.

I dont think so...the "future apartments" in their plan is by PKNS..i've checked with the Setia Alam SA as well..

Anyone know if I want to withdraw EPF from Account 2 to pay the downpayment, what I should do?

Do I just go to EPF and show them the letter of offer we signed last Saturday/Sunday or we need to wait loan to be approved?

Original SPA and one photocopy, copy of letter offer from bank and photocopy IC. You might be able to withdraw the whole amount - so don't be surprise

The most important development by far is 1nih which will bring in 6000 to 8000 medical personnel to bsa. The mass that all of us are waiting for. 2016. bout 6 months after kasturi is ready. These are the tenants that will fill up your intans and kasturis.

the college that i was waiting for did not materialise yet. Only segi international school. Still better than nothing.

Ahhh how bout those 3s centres by toyota honda and more recently 4s by bmw!!! These are amazing too. Lotsa workers to rent units.
