You can still get cheaper PKNS houses. The cheapest i think is circa RM480k. Still affordable in my opinion

Near to Jati Baiduri Intan Kasturi? Wow, there would be around 3.5k - 4k units there. Will be hard to rent out at first

If you go and register for the ballot, from the look of the buyers I don't think they'll live in a sub RM230k apartment. I would say 90% are investor

Exactly, Once all the apartments are completed, there will be like 3500 units to be rented/leased out including earlier phase of Jati Baiduri. Tenants for sure will have a good time to nego and bring the price down. Unless you have strong holding power.

Plus, the young couple might drop one or two ticket but those aunty uncle used like 10 names to get the unit.

the college that i was waiting for did not materialise yet. Only segi international school. Still better than nothing.

Ahhh how bout those 3s centres by toyota honda and more recently 4s by bmw!!! These are amazing too. Lotsa workers to rent units.

How did you derive that figure? Dont forget about Jati Baiduri (earlier phase) that can rent out cheaper than the current phase now due to its cheaper price.

Plus SCM 2 is coming in a few years time. BIGG Potential
