It does read like it's cumulatively and not minimum RM200 per order.. But to be safe, aim for that minimum amount in one order.

Wonder if there's any transaction charges if we pay by boost since currently the transaction charges for credit card is 3% and internet banking is 1.5%

I believe none since the conversion is done by revPAY, Boost just another payment option within revPAY channel. And for the 1.5% service fee is waived during 11.11
