He said his top up was RM 100 and he didn't notice any RM 5 off.

It's UP TO rm5 for each referral and new reg.
No more confirm rm5 like last time

forget about the referral bonus
my friend used my code for registration and then toped up Rm10 prepaid. i received Rm1 only, she also received Rm1. No more Rm5

You can say that again. I also done everything only to find out need prepaid mobile top up. Didn't know reduced to rm1 though as I haven't actively beg prepaid people to top up with me.
