Maybe you have to check CS.
They may know the error behind.

I had the same issue. Cash out CIMB, but got reversed back.

I try to top up my helloemas account, RM500 (got 3 bucks shake reward), will try next time split maybe into 50 50, see if can get good shake reward or not.

The highest I get is RM 3 for reloading RM 100.
This morning I topped up RM 150, I got RM 2 only!

you pay what bill?...i just ask them a few days ago about receipt for utility bill payment, but they say currently no yet
