i have apply to port in from umobile. received the simcard and have return the form. already been 3 days so i guess the form already in their hand.

so, the question is, what should i do next to activate the sim. need to call hotlink or wait them to call me?

is your umobile still have line? if not, just swap in the new sim card provided by Maxis.

If your umobile still have line, meaning the port-in is not successful. You need to check with UMobile why the port out is not successful.

Yes..probably the port out not successful. Please go to Maxis Center and verify with them.

As expected, previous 4G issue maxis didn't even bother to comment much, no compensation.

Just move on bro! Their T&C never stated they are giving any compensation when network is down.

Can anyone share roaming rates for maxis flex from their apps?

Their roaming rates same like Maxis One plans except

Maxis One - RM 38 (able to carry/use local data at ASEAN Countries)
Flex - RM 38 (only given 500MB).

You can download the Flex app, then go to your plan details --> Select Roaming Rates --> View Your Preferred Destination --> Pricing and MB.

Thanks mate. Planing to port from digi to maxis. From what I've read maxis have stable & wide coverage for local areas. But roaming is a bonus if it is cheap. When I'm going overseas

When you talk about roaming, Maxis rates are pretty expensive and they give less data. If you really want to use it mostly for roaming, of course Digi or UMobile had better roaming plans.
