Even after they fix, they also won't compensate, unlike other telcos.

Yeah not fixed yet.
I understand it's need to take time to fix the issue, especially big corporate, is not easy to fix it within few minutes. |

I noticed the YouTube quota actually refers to Google quota. It actually adds up to usage of YouTube + Gmail + Play Store + Chrome + Maps + Google Play Services + all other Google apps. This is quite good, because even if you seldom watch YouTube using mobile data plan, your YouTube quota will actually be shared with other Google apps and services, saving your base data quota. |

Using the Hotlink Flex app, you'll know how much quota used for the base and the YouTube separately.
With the 3G watchdog app, you can trace Usage by application. Setting all the Google apps to "not counted in global billable usage", you can see the measured and billable MB. These 2 figures tally with the one reported in Hotlink Flex app - base and YouTube usage respectively. |

Yes, I think I mentioned before on my previous posts, see below:It actually adds up to usage of YouTube + Gmail + Play Store + Chrome + Maps + Google Play Services + all other Google apps. This is quite good, because even if you seldom watch YouTube using mobile data plan, your YouTube quota will actually be shared with other Google apps and services, saving your base data quota. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4532786/+560 Youtube data also includes all Google services. Because Google + Youtube are from same company. Wondering when FB and Whatapps will be taken over by Google? |
