Look at Aster, Maxim Residence, Maxim Majestic, Annex, you might see many units here, but all of them are not same. Exact location different, facilities different, layout different, distance to MRT different, etc. So tenants/buyers in the future will rent/buy based on what matters to them, whether they want to stay nearest to Econsave/MRT/shop offices etc.

This is different from having 4000 units within the same site, with the same layouts, same facilities, same finishing. Then the competition is very high because it is hard to differentiate between the units, except the preference for the level and facing.

rent tenants pay less attention to finer details lah......

most signed one year only......what nak susah susah doing 40hours study and survey....before rent.....

Whether 5 star or 1 star, safety requirements are the same. A human live is a humam life....doesnt matter 1 or 5 star.

Maybe 5 star developer can provide above what the min requirement by bomba.....but it doesnt mean 1 star got one fire extingusihet each flr, 5 star got 5........

It has very little to do w the color of the tiles.

ID just sucks for this unit. The id fails to lift the tiles.

This is a very misleading article.....

1. Rental yields base on purchase price.....and some of these properties are over 10yrs old....meaning b4 the bull run took place.

2 some properties are over 2kms to the nrarest lrt/mrt like that also consider as mrt/lrt properties?

fren, not all buyers are scientists, biologist and what nots. Agama and cultural believes play big part in the way of life.

having mosque or kuih next to yr house is good or bad? good according to some people, bad according to some ppl.

same thing with HTC, monsoon drainage, busy highways and etc.

and more importantly, when buying properties for investment, you also need to consider yr potential subsale buyers as well. what you think is not important, what your customers think is essential and important.
