To change address in UOB system is such a good experience. Everything can be done online and so easy. My office address used to be correspondence address and because I'm working from home since MCO last year, I just changed it not long ago to my temporary residence in Seremban. Reason I did this is because my YOLO card will expire in next month and I just received the replacement card! I was just thinking about it yesterday and wanted to check these few days but it has arrived in time. Cool.

I received my card on the last few days in August. Card anniversary is in Sept. I think it was sent with Citilink? Maybe I mixed up with Kiplepay card.

This one is swipe like normal and call to convert?

SST is charged to my YOLO card. Called CS to request for SST rebate and as usual they will reject but after I told him I have been getting every year since the reintroduction of SST. He put me on hold for a while and came back telling me, he has put in a request and subject to management's approval.

Based on previous experience, it is most likely approved already but let's see. He said will know in 2 working days.

Activate replacement card, not new card. SST will still follow your anniversary which I assume only in November.

I see, for sure it will not affect whatever AF.

Luckily I don't have this monthly AF charged, though it is system glitch but it is troublesome to call CS to tell them about it.

I guess not everybody got it.

Hmm. I cannot instant transfer (DuitNow) to YOLO card. Tried with MBB, HLB and PBB SA is still the same. Tried to clear my Jan statement debts before CNY but YOLO cannot get through.

OK, I’m not alone then. Not sure if it affects credit card account no. only or CASA as well but I don’t have UOB CASA so cannot try.

Lazada transaction and Lazada top up are considered as two transactions for YOLO cash back? Or it’s one?
