Hi my flight which i purchased with my UOB Privimile elite card got delay for 12 hours (informed about 36 hours prior to original schedule), can we claim for flight delay? Anyone has experience?
Browse thru the policy but still not 100% sure and need to call in to Liberty to verify.

Look up exclusions at page 12. Even your flight gets cancelled the insurance won't pay you...the coverage is very weak

Last time I missed my connection in Brisbane on the way back to SG from Christchurch...due to SQ & Air Newzealand error...I did charge the flight to Maybank VI...they also don't cover my inconvenience...my luggage arrive damaged some more...also don't cover...too many exclusion
Better buy own travel insurance...
