Did u guys receive ur preferred Visa card? If u are using the Citibank clear card previously? I have yet to receive mine.

I have the Citibank clear card, the account has been transferred to UOB but I still did not get the replacement card.

When I used the card at coffee bean, they reject me for the usual 1 for 1 promotion.

1) yes they do not honor so I have no more discount for coffee bean.

2) it does, now the replacement card preferred Visa card has the same benefit of coffee bean and gsc discount.

ur receipt is in september that time still can buy B1F1 for citbank clear card no issue.

no. not on the way at all. even my card is expired on Jan 2024.

yesterday nite i called uob, i told them that my citibank credit card damaged (of course just bluff them one la).
then only the lady cso said will arrange for replacement card to be sent.

she said it will cost rm50 to replace but she will waive it for me.

the replacement will be sent via normal post. maybe 5 to 7 working day to deliver.

i want to get the replacement card just purely becos the citibank clear card now no longer works in coffee bean to get the 1 for 1. it has been super long time i never drink coffee bean already.

although there are some said that they could still use the old citibank clear card to get the discount which it is not for me at all.

no. strongly encourage anyone to quickly try this to get the replacement cards for their citibank cards. it works.

i could not stand how slow the replacement process that i could not enjoy the benefits of the old citibank clear card.

already called up uob to replace my citibank clear card. until now still did not receive anything...

i called the CS for immediate replacement already....

this includes IKEA?

just call them to waive if it is being charged. similar to previous citibank time, i have no issue getting my annual fee waived after ported to UOB.

what kind of spending is qualified for the rm500 spending for rm25 rebate?

i managed to get the rebate for that... the CS did not question or demand anything and just do for me...

mine is citibank card converted to uob card... but i got annual fee waiver for 2024 no issue.. in the past was always given annual fee waiver with citibank also...

uob is good i would say... many different campaign since converted to uob...
