Planning to create supplementary card for my Wife,

RM25 X3.

hit rate 50% only.

Called UOB cs regarding SST cash back and they said they no longer give it...

Wonder if any members here manage to get it recently?

I ask about recently cause previously I know they do give.
And i did received SST cash back in March this year for another UOB card

Trying to see if everyone gets the same answer or it's gonna be a game of "depends on CS mood" like PBB

after citi card migrated to UOB, they become sampah d, i go maybank only now

Uob so far is good to me . Annual fee waived every year . Maybank is more sampah. Every 1st of the month 12am need to rebut for miles redemption

Lol. UOB is my go to card now. Their reward has been generous. Used to charge all my expenses with Maybank

Just last week my wife accidentally use her UOB One card to withdraw money from Maybank ATM. She thought she uses her Maybank ATM card but was surprised a UOB card came out. She was charged RM75 cash withdrawal fee but I advised her to do early settlement and call UOB ask for waiver. They agreed

maybank quite action, coz their customer base is huge compared to other credit card companies.

got 8 out of 18, less than 50%
but more than covers the 1% reload fee

Hi my flight which i purchased with my UOB Privimile elite card got delay for 12 hours (informed about 36 hours prior to original schedule), can we claim for flight delay? Anyone has experience?

Browse thru the policy but still not 100% sure and need to call in to Liberty to verify.

just to confirm uob master world sub card point is combine with primary card right?
