since you're so rush to know the results, why dont you call CS and find out the status?

maybe their marketing/product team forgotten about 3RS promo?
maybe late cuz most staffs are clearing/forced-to clear leaves?
maybe late cuz need more time to tabulate results? double/triple check results?
maybe they only start tabulating this week, after the end of promo on 14 Dec instead (not following T&C)? since today is 2nd working day of the week, they barely started extracting report?
we still have 3 months period to dispute for cb:
