just made my ritual weekly complaint for missing cashback (july spend, aug statement)

CS informed that they received internal email notification yesterday that their system have fixed the cb issue and now doing the crediting back for all missing cashback issues.

advised us to monitor by next statement date.

you'll only get yourself into trouble with ctos/ccris scoring for incomplete payment. waiving finance charges may only work once, not multiple times.
