For EVOL card, can i pay TNB to hit the tier spending? I know utilities is not gaining cashback, but, wonder whether it is eligible spending to meet the minimum RM1k/ RM2k spending requirement.

I just received my uob business platinum credit card however when I try to make payment for installment payment plan in Pinelab  merchant, it says my card is not supported. Uob card is supposed to be eligible.

Anyone knows anything about it?

I called bank and the support seems to be ignorant about it

Has anyone tried to downgrade the UOB credit card while maintaining the credit limit with the current card? Bcs downgrade to UOB simple credit to hold on to it for a while. not using the UOB card for the foreseeable future,

Just called CS. They seem used to this kind of calls already. Straight up told me the CB system is having technical issues and it'll be reimbursed to me in next statement cycle. Wasn't able to do anything more :/

for the past 10++ years with Citi, I've never got charged for my supp card, now suddenly got extra RM150 supp card annual charge on the bill
