This month the uob app don't have any statement. Anyone got this problem?

Well... statement date is 24th. But I never received email statement from UOB before. Usually I have to download myself from their app. But now month end already still dont have the July statement available for download.

What is PiB portal? the desktop site?

Have you called them and request for credit limit decrease? I'm planning to reduce my credit limit

any alternative way besides UOB Tmrw MY to setup Secret Word? The UOB Tmrw MY said my mobile device is not compatible.

The weird thing is I can install UOB Tmrw SG and UOB Tmrw TH without the compatible issue. Only UOB Tmrw MY got such issue

Is it still worth keeping EVOL? I haven’t been spending anything since YOLO revision. Luckily I had cash back credited earlier and it was used to offset the monthly fees. Unfortunately, I will need to pay this month if I’m still not using it.

Can check using internet banking.

P/S: or to view e-statement on internet banking also need app authentication? Haven't try before.

UOB card not receiving the same time
Monitor on 09/08 full day, not reflect the receiving amount
This morning only saw the payment received from UOB, and posted on 09/08

I did not receive cashback for my UOB One as well for July.

Supposingly I should get my cashback on statement date 7 Aug, but there's no cashback recorded at all for this cycle.

My last cashback came in on 7 July for my spending for June, which tallies with my record.

I called UOB CS and they stay for July spending, system will tabulate the transaction on statement date on Aug, and I will only get the cashback on September. Dafq? This is not what I signed up for.

All in all, it is regretful that UOB bought over Citibank because there is nothing good about this acquisition. Would have cancelled the card if not for the benefit.

They will resend a new uob card on Oct based on their timeline
