Call hotline also put on hold for 25mins. i guess you're former citi cardholder? perhaps try the ATM method above prior to register TMRW app/PiB portal ... at least can view the outstanding first or if you've been keeping track of your spending, try to slightly overpay it first until all are sorted out. This clause is quite tricky and unfair.. if i'm not mistaken, it will be counted next statement cycle. yep, it will screw up your current month's cashback.
