Currently it works with any normal power bank just that it is messy with the usb cable n ugly, those external battery case looks better. Phone doesn't work with internal battery but works if powered from usb, either direct from charger or power bank.

Then yes, the external powerbank can work as a battery. I misunderstood your earlier statement thinking that the phone will not charge nor power up when plugged in.

Have anyone experience screen freeze when playing a video from messenger?
My brother's phone when he plays video sent to him on Messenger, the video goes black and cannot response. Can't even go back to messenger
You need to close the messenger and open it back again.
Have re-boot the phone but still persist.
