what telco are you on?

Umobile and xiaomi don't really play nice with each other.

Maxis only redmi note 5 ai which have the gps problem. My redmi note 4 (mtk) working fine

Same. Only happen since last few days. Happen at Karak highway and sekinchan. Damn pissed off when you need GPS the most at kampung road.
GPS on and off occasionally.
On Umobile by the way.

interesting. the last time i asked, all were umobile.

anyway the only tip I have is to activate the gps before opening waze. that seemed to help.
but if the area bad signal or go underground, confirm will lose location for a few moments.

Hey MGM,

Recently I had the same issue and couldn't recover my video files, although photos recovered correctly.
Have you had the luck to recovered you deleted videos finally? If yes, what tools did you use?

Have you created a RAW image of the SD card yet? If not - then you'd better do this ASAP, or the files may be lost if you overwrite them. Once you have the image (.IMG), you can try recovering the videos with different recovery apps like Recuva and see what work for you best. Recuva is free and there are other similar free tools - just google them. Also, here is a good article about recovering video files, you may find there some useful options for you. I cant seem to find the android 9 fw at miui website..and still not receiving the update..does the update has been pull back?

I think so. I'm already on 10.3.1.0 but still Android 8. Don't have any further update available.

Received android 9 update last night..feel like the phone more snappier than before..seem it quite fast compared to android 8
