Nothing beats Apple’s original leather feel biggrin.gif
The Mod case comes with a back plate to protect the back of the phone, where else the bumpers just protect the sides.

I agreed the Apple leather is good on hand. As i tried my friend’s one on his iphone 7. But unfortunately it is out of stock in Lazada and i changed my mind to UAG Monarch smile.gif

Just got mine yesterday Aukey PA-Y10 & Apple cable. The cable is indeed thicker than normal size cable (hence for better transfer/charge rate).

Tried my 1st time fast charging last night. It took 1hr 40min from 14% to 100%. The 1st 30min, the phone is a bit hot(like you playing high video resolution game etc) which i expected, afterwards the temp back to normal (maybe normal charging rate mode).

Then after unplug, sleep, woke up this morning, batt down to 97% after 6hrs.

Dunno why u guys keep buying the older yet more expensive model.

Should be the PA-Y11 now right?

I've bought the USB-C to lightning cable already but can't decide between an Aukey, Anker or Tronsmart PD charger just yet.

wanna get Rhinoshield too.
but what's the difference between Mod & bumper?
*
I have decided. Not getting Mod dy.
Both Mod and Crashguard are the same except, MOD can add a back transparent PC and change color of the buttons, or add a camera lens.

both offer not same functionality, and cannot say that it is older model and expensive

PA-Y10, combine output is 56.5W
USB-C Output: (PDO) 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A, 20V 2.3A; (PPS) 3V–16V 3A
USB Output: 5V 2.1A

PA-Y11, combine output is 48W
USB-C Output (Power Delivery): 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 2.5A, 15V 2A, 20V 1.5A
USB-A Output (Quick Charge 3.0): 5V 3A, 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A

PA-Y11 dont have PPS, but with QC, why an iPhone user needs QC sweat.gif
PA-Y10 have higher output for USB PD @ 20V 2.3A => 46W + 5V 2.1A => 10.5W, total 56.5W
but PA-Y11 USB PD @20V 1.5A => 30W + 12V 1.5A => 18W, total 48W

if you have laptop can charge with USB PD, you will see PA-Y10 more useful, because some laptop can takes in 45W, where PA-Y11 will not gives enough current to laptop through USB PD which max out @ 30W

Haha, agreed. Maybe was blinded by the package offer (even though total same price) & higher total Watt output.

Valid point if want to power up a laptop. Not so if only to quick charge iPhone. Many articles review out there 29W is more than iphonen can handle.

Also y-11 confirmed PD 3 bcoz it’s printed on the box packaging itself.

Thanks for the summary! Yeah, in the end I guess it's just a RM10 difference between the PA-Y10 and Y11, which is rather insignificant.

Still cannot decided on my next case purchase

1) Nomad Rugged - Anyone using this? Is it bulky? Pro is the full coverage

2) Twelth South Relax Leather - Nice, but i dont need card slot and open bottom.

3) Apple Leather case Black - Heard the buttons are damn good, but open bottom.

just wanna ask people who already got their iphone x and using tempered glass screen protector;

last week my friend got an iphone x and installed a privacy tempered glass screen protector. while installing the guy who install it noticed that the surface of the screen is not flat, ie; got a gap on the left side of the screen and it does not stick. so he tried a new screen protector and the problem still persist. i tried googling the problem but didnt found any related problem thou the guy who install the screen protector did say he encountered the problem with his other customers.

so it is just me who being paranoid or did the problem really exist? if it does then no problem changing the phone back since my friend bought it at maxis and he did opt for the insurance.

for your guys information my friend bought a cheap privacy tempered glass. i dont know if that helps.

need some feedback from u guys and thank you in advance

Has anyone use this baseus smartflip case before? I’m looking for a slim case to protect the back, sides, and front. Apprecite your recommendation.
