Are you sure PB don't give you quantum MC/Visa? The cards may come later in another delivery.
Call Card Centre, ask them to provide you Quantum cards as well as the officer might have overlooked.
Income requirement: Platinum - RM50k, Quantum - RM36k.

You request supp card under different statement right?
If yes, you shouldn't be able to add that supp card under your PBe.

To create PIN, you can opt for IVR method.
To create a separate PBe for the supp card, you need to go to nearest PBB branch.

Using my supplementary holder's IC and credit limit is correct as checked with CS, seems like need to have the supplementary holder open a savings account first?

from my past experiences, u need to go to branch. it's faster and easier to sort it out at one go.

yes, me too. but i took the effort to go anyway. 1 time pain and inconvenience but monthly, it's manageable easily by yourself isntead of waiting eStatement.

Need the supplementary card holder to go to branch? Or the principal holder should be enough?

my case. supp cardholder. they need fingerprint verification.

principal can't do anything because PBe is tied to the individual.

Aiks... plan to get one for my parents. But too troublesome if need them to go to bank.
