Guys...i just made payment via Paypal like around 1:50pm today...when i check my paypal summary, it is still captured as Feb 11....wooooot... that means i don't qualify for this week's cashback lo..... sigh

check from PBB's system, not PayPal's.

call CS to find out the transaction date captured by their system.

else if possible, do other payments lo. today only Monday, should have quota left.

i learn already from past experience...i just captured screenshot of my sms to show i made the payment after 12pm today... i will appeal to public bank if they did not capture as Feb 12 transaction....i did that before and successful in my appeal...just that i feel frustrated i need to do all the work again to claim money....

To be on the safe side, next time remember to perform Paypal transactions after 3pm, because Paypal follows US time.

Hey I noticed Favepay is listed as online in first page.

Paid with favepay & also bought voucher last month.

No cash back. Notice previous thread people are having no cb as well.

i believe there are conflicting info here and here and others.

It is not the bank's fault. It is because you made a transaction which payment gateway is based in USA. All other banks will also capture the same timing.

In fact, PBB is so kind and helpful to revert cash back. Some other banks like SCB does not even entertain such request, from my personal experience.
