I received cash back for Week 6 but zero cash back for Week 5. For both weeks, the second RM100 transactions were done on Wednesday. My second RM100 transaction in Week 5 was Lazada website. Previously I made Shopee and Lazada transactions on Wednesdays the past few weeks before Week 5 and all were granted cash back.

About my missing cash back for Week 5, customer service staff replied email indicating that cash back quota for Week 5 finished on Wednesday.

We already discussed few months ago, quasi-cash transactions are not eligible for cash back from PBB.
