it depends on system timing
they promised 1-3 days on their website
some get it done within 1 hour, some gets it done after 2 days

so, be happy- no worry. it'll be done soon sir

Yoodo making out in the gutter, churning out nothing but shit lately

Since early this year, line been really unstable, CS keep saying got maintenance going on every time I make a complaint, tell them it could be SIM card problem they say no can't send a replacement SIM that easily.

Also no follow up news after the CelcomDigi merger, like they don't even care about surviving anymore.

I just got a 2nd Hotlink Pantas line to replace Yoodo (3 days of fucking downtime)
*
Uhm i thought u can just order a new sim via app and activate replacement sim?

I did, they refunded my payment and cancelled the order then emailed me.

So yeah I've given up on this telco.

that is normal for yoodo, and even celcom. before this yoodo even claimed need an active plan to activate volte, so i just ignore. after a few days also auto-activated.

Now the 30 days doesn't apply? Other telco also like that or only Yoodo?

Shouldn't be an issue. They can't absorb automatically, but if user choose to port to Celcom/Digi, user should be allowed.

You could be right, and it will be so unfair to yoodo users.

5G to cost Rm5 more soon. Is it worth it? Speed is indeed faster but for regular surfing, YouTube etc makes really not much difference to me

To me it's not worth it for normal usage. Unless your place 4g sucks but have good 5G. Wait for 1 2 years and see how the 5G scene evolve.

since 5g coverage is same for all telco

better choose between uni5g postpaid 89 unlimited data (no fup yet) rm94.34 or umobile postpaid 98 1000gb data rm103.88

yoodo cost is similar rm98 + rm5 but only 200gb data

But when you are indoor especially high rise, Unifi 4g will fuck up your experience.
You need to make sure Unifi or Umobile has strong 4g coverage at your place, because undeniably 5g is not everywhere yet if you are outside KL and Klang.
