I am now physically in KL. My iPhone 14 pro max also did not show 5G. Wtf.

so u just need time for the phone to adjust itself then
restart the phone few times and make sure coverage is strong
u can check HERE if you are inside the 5G coverage

Yes somehow.

But the no of times I connect to 5G is very very limited even in KL now.

Like now I am inside one Utama also no 5G. Already set to 5G on on my iPhone.

indoors memang x kuat bang, kadang2 4G pun x kuat
biasalah tu, barang masih baru
but dont worry, nanti jumpa coverage elok then u can belasah the 5G speed to do... er.. to do what ya?
basically 4G speed is more than enough for simple daily tasks
even Youtube streaming also no need 5G speed because xda akaun premium utk stream 4K hahaha

It is more than enough. But I just need to confirm that yoodo 5G works with my iPhone.

I port in for my friend but I screwed up. I made the mistake of not entering the referral code. I didn't see it actually. And I also made the mistake of buying the 20gb data for the first month as I think he will get 5gb free anyway even without my referral code. Stupid me 🤦🏻‍♂️
