It don't consume data but it requires 4G for volte to work.

Only SIM card volte enable will enjoy your other SIM will run at 3G ( no volte)

How did you get this idea that VoLTE consumes data? Who is spreading false news around? VoLTE is en-capsuling voice as data packets as voice couldn't be transmitted over LTE as it does in 3G. The data packets had a dedicated channel for it to transmit which is separated from the conventional data packets used to browse internet.

After insert SIM it sent me some setting I saved it. Did u get the setting?

Got the message that a setting will be sent to me. But no setting received. So I just manually entered unifi APN.

Is it a different APN to enable VoLTE?

is there any way to enable volte on non-Huawei phones? tried putting ims apn but didn't work.

my phone do supports volte.

Try take sim out & insert back into phone.
Will get setting sent to you.

Received the message after I requested via self care app. Installed, and still no VoLTE. Need to use different SIM that supports VoLTE maybe?

You are using s9+ should be higher chance to get volte

When 4G appears volte will appear.

Did u select the correct SIM?
Is your mobile data On and select the unifi SIM?

Yes I'm connected to unifi 4G all the time. I only use 1 SIM for my phone so yes my data comes from that SIM only.

I took out the SIM earlier and restarted also nothing happened. mega_shok.gif

p/s: my SIM card is a webe SIM card, before they change to unifi branding.

There is always setting on both side to be enabled before a service can be use.

Telco side.
Device side.

Take iMessege & Facetime issue on iPhone, it's not webe (I think the Telco is still called webe) issue but due to Apple had not updated in the firmware to allow webe to use iMessege & Facetime.

As for VoLTE, I think it's both side
1. Some device had VoLTE disabled eventhough the hardware is capable.
2. webe only enabled the service on specific device.
3. Some towers are not VoLTE enabled yet
