As usual , as I have said before, knowing TM , they might suddenly pusing pusing later on , so be cautious with their assurances.

It does for me and my family. We received the voice message while talking on the phone before the line got cut off and SMS right after that. One time only received the SMS after hanging up the phone. No voice message and line was not cut off for that time. Maybe still got a few seconds or a minute left for that instance.

Anyone have issue logging in to account via unifi mobile app?
Tried forget password using my own number as well as the 5 sims number, all say not registered.

But I'm still getting late from the sims

the current data plan is not cheap actually
the selling point currently is no expiry date of the data / mins

i think they will add more add on in the app soon

They need to add the expiry of validity date in the apps too...
Hope that it will be in the next update....

I wonder if all of you who request this feature and post in this forum had took the effort to complain to TM?

log into mobile@unifi app and go to Support>Online Form.
Enquiry Type: Account Related & Delivery
Enquiry Details: Mobile App (mobile@unifi) & Self-Care
and fill in the Messege box with your request.

Yup! Submit request individually, so that TM knows it’s a feature MOST would want to have in the apps.
Even add the request when doing Live Chat too.
Every action adds weight to our request for validity date to be added in apps in future updates.

Does unifi mobile/webe supports VoLTE currently? Or just support limited phones?

I checked with unifi chat support just now. They only support a handful of Huawei devices. Bummer.

If your phone can connect to unifi LTE and has the VoLTE function enabled then should be able to get it. I have it on my samsung phone

still confuse with volte?

1-if i enable it, does it consume my mobile data whenever i make a call?

2-i have two sim slot, slot1 is for call and slot2 is for data, so do i need to make ll suing slot2 sim in order to utilize volte since slot1 signal is unifi3g and slot2 is unifi 4g?

Huawei Mate 10 Pro here.

got LTE and VoLTE whenever i called.. dunno because i tansfer from old iphone 5s but the voice is more clear and loud. haha
