The schedule I found says last bus from KLIA2 is 2:45am. If a late night Air Asia flight is delayed, will they keep one bus waiting?

Has anyone been able to get an Uber at such a time, and roughly what cost?

Generally no. They won't keep any bus.
However, if there's any special arrangement, maybe whose knows?!

Best is to ask them directly. Better to have a backup! Uber or Grab maybe!?

nope. bus schedule will still remain.

Hmm, if u flight landed at 3+/4+am, then it might be a bit hard to get uber/grab drivers..last time my flight landed at 4am in the morning i couldnt get any drivers at all.

so end up i have to get those metred taxi, which super expensive la..but again, who knows u might be able to get one, just remember to on ur app when u arrived to try your luck.

for fare wise, there're diff flat rates for uber and grab,

Yes, I missed this function too. It was really helpful in planning travelling schedules.

Hi, anyone tried Air Asia wheelchair service before?

I'm flying with my grandmother (who needs wheelchair) from KLIA2 to Kuching.

Can I just use my own wheelchair instead of paying and rent AirAsia wheelchair?

you are not allowed to carry your wheelchair on board, u have to check in though. at most you can only push it to the aircraft door, then the staff will have to load it into the cargo.

Hi!

A few days ago I used the AirAsia Mobile Apps to "add-on Meal" for my RETURN-flight from Ho Chi Minh - KL.
However after payment (RM20) via CreditCard & upon receiving email the latest Travel Itinerary I realized that I have wrongly selected for KUL-SGN flight instead of SGN-KUL return flight.

Using the Mobile Apps, I then de-select the 2 add-on Meal for KUL-SGN flight & again booked 3 "add-on Meal" for SGN-KUL return flight & payment (RM30) done via CreditCard. I thought I would have been billed RM10 (30 minus 20) but instead billed RM30.

Upon receiving the latest Travel Itinerary I noticed the RM20 was itemised in the bill as "1 x Spoilage". Anyone knows what that means? Thanks.

Thanks for the link. It states ....

"What is "Spoilage Fee"?
If you make any changes in your confirmed booking which results in a lower amount payable, the unutilised portion shall not be refundable in accordance with Article 5.3 of the Terms and Conditions of Carriage. This will appear as “Spoilage” in the revised booking.

Don't understand why the RM20 was considered "spoilage fee" as I did another "Add-on Meal" that cost RM30, which is of higher amount :-(

im thinking even though its stated as spoilage fee, its actually means non-refundable.

because if lets say u purchased baggage addon, and u decided to downgrade or cancel the add on, its actually non-refundable u..so im assume its the same for meal?

Ya, I presumed the moment I cancelled the add-on, they considered non-refundable :-(
Should have left that add-on remain as it is .... maybe pass to others on same flight.

In future need to check properly before confirming the add-on. The mobile apps is a bit tricky ....
