The one located at the lower ground floor ?

Quite a number of models. But, if not wrong, they only give 10% discount for purchases above RM50 and 20% discount for above RM200.

I still prefer Jiayang at Jln Raja Laut (50% discount if buy 6).

But, the problem is since they are wholesalers, the stocks are unpredictable. Further, they hardly restock the same models. So unless you follow up with them, you will miss out. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for their new stocks (supposed to come last week), but still no news yet.

Hoping that the new stocks will arrive next week (supposed to have some MGs). Will update once surveyed.

If you are in KL, try Jiayang, Jln Raja Laut.

Last month, bought 8 1/144 TT HGs for RM10.50 each (shared with friend).

That time, they have Dynames, Nadleeh, BuCue Hound, Virtue, Kyrios and Throne Eins. Not sure what's left now. If you can wait, I will update once new stocks arrives.

@liewpk: Woah, RM10.50 EACH for those? So wish I can get those prices over here. So much cheaper than what I can get here, way cheaper. ^^;

So far, from what I gather (from guys at the shops), the best brand is still TT (as compared to GD, LWD and Gho). I myself tried GD before - lousy colour and some parts don't fit.

RNDM - you buy from the Chinese products shops also, right ? Are they wholesalers too ? Why not try asking for discount for bulk purchases ? That's what I first did at the 3 shops at Jln Raja Laut. I saw some ppl buying in bulk and just asked. But even now, sometimes they only give 20% off (must be bad mood), so I just walk off.

^I don't think the shop I went to is a wholesaler though but maybe I can try. Might be able to get them cheaper, hopefully, when I go to the shop next time. ^^

Thanks for the advice.

Stupid friggin GHD. I will never touch another one of those. I didn't even know I was getting knock offs when I bought them 4 or 5 years ago off Ebay. GHD made me think that the Destiny line had gone to crap in the 1/100 scale after I built the Destiny, Strike Freedom and Impulse. Now I know better, but it kept me from buying 1/100 Destiny models for years. mad.gif

Thanks to this forum I got myself a GHD PG Strike from Kota Raya on Saturday.
Spent my whole Sat and Sunday at home chopping and cutting and sandwiching layers of plastic together.
It's now finished with out paint an panel lining.

Just sharing my 5 cents worth of opinion on this "pirated" Gundam.

- Packaging is decent and reasonably good. nothing that could damage the parts inside. It's probably due to the rough handling because it's a china product that they didn't take more care to it.
- No there were no broken or damaged parts inside when I got it. Only some parts have partially fallen off the tree but not damaged.
- Yes, metal parts, chrome parts, LEDs and light component units are included.
- Yes, there are parts that are slightly molded out of shape but mostly are the poly caps. There are 3 types of plastic being used. the soft poly caps that are usually molded out of shape but not too badly that is cause any major defects to the model. the medium plastic mostly used for the white armor parts gets slightly extra molded pieces that you need to cut off and the hard plastic for the inner frame where it has the lest defects of the previous 2.
- No it's not that hard to build especially for those with amateur experience in building model kits.
- Yes there are some parts where you will require extra work to get it to fit.
- Join movements can be a little too tight because the poly caps are not molded perfect. just need to be careful while moving it.

Final Verdict.
For having to pay RM250 for this figure compared to RM700 or more for an actual Bandai kit. I MUST say that it was very WELL WORTH it. it's not perfect and not extremely bad. it holds together very well and will make outstanding figure for display.

(By saying this I'm not discouraging ppl from buying Original Bandai Kits. PLEASE buy ori as we need ppl to pay for Bandai's RND to make new kits biggrin.gif )

If there is anyone out there that has a confirm place where I can get my hands on the TT HongLi PG Wing Custom. PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW. biggrin.gif Thanks in advance.

^Erm, the original PG Strike can be bought for RM5XX at certain places like Graffiti Toys. RM250 is a bit high for me IMO for a bootleg.

PS: Hey, liewpk, Jalan Raja Laut area got sell any PGs also? If got, what's the price range? >.>

Well, for RM5XX can probably built the strike twice for GHD and can probably use one for custom battle damage. one display at home and one in office. XD

I know where is pacific coz my home town is in BM. Too bad I'm in KL now.
I think 350 still ok since the ori is about double the price. I'm not sure how low these bootlegs can go but considering the price of the MGs are not even 50% of the ori price. I've no regrets getting the GHD Strike and I hope that TT Hong Li will do a better job on the molding defects.
