Hi there. Need recommendation here for my frenz.
amd x2 , 15'1 screen, minimum 512RAM DDR2, minimum 80GB memory, shared GC card will do

any brand will do.....
budget: as lower as possible
and my frenz thinking to upgrade to 2gb ram so the shared ram can goes higher, he is a gamer....

main specs which i want is
minimum a T2400
8600m gs/gt
2 gig ddr2 667
the rest is optional
so far
im only interested in the G1S [benQ s41 looks ok, but i'm not too confident on their services and warranties, as i'll be studying overseas]
can anyone recommend me any laptop which matches the specs ?
budget set around 7k

To sean, if you want similar specs, there is the dv9500t, or you can do a Inspiron 9400 with a 7900GS but the downside is that both comes with 17" screen size.
There aren't many laptops with 8600M GS/GT other than the dv9500t and benq s41 IMHO, maybe you can wait a month or 2 and wait for other manufacturers to release their laptops.
Where are you headed to anyways?
