no iphone Xs still 2x2....

Anyone had issue when upload the merlim firmware? Mine always get connention timeout. Can someone advise me what need to do? Use edge ie firefox n chrome the result still the same.

Keep trying or use another laptop. Try clear browsing data and use incognito mode to upload. My last update need try more than 10 times on Chrome. Lol

- try google and download this firmware version - AC18_kf_V15.03.3.7(4031)
- upgrade to this FW in tenda page
- after the upgrade, u will be allow to upgrade to merlin FW via tenda page.

then, just follow the instructions to restore nvram, reboot, etc...

This method even easier I think. Less risk too.

how is the page looks like? everytime I upload to cfe no problem.

if u are talking the cfe page, it is the same as per in the instruction.
just when it failed to upload the FW, it will turn to a page with connection timeout error (quite the same when u lose the internet connection and failed to access a webpage)

can the new merlin firmware use the asus aimesh too??

Thanks for the guide and I'm able to upgrade my router with asuswrt-merlin with firmware version 384.5. Want to see the stability on this firmware.

I watched a 4k 60fps youtube video on chrome and somehow the connection on my pc died with "the default gateway not available" error but the wifi was fine. Tested again on microsoft edge and my connection was fine throughout the whole video, no drop whatsoever. Don't know if this is caused by router or 100% cpu usage.
